Masamah & Family One continue to boost Barton Stud residents' pedigrees

E-mail Print PDF

MASAMAH's brilliant win in the 5f Gr2 Audi King George Stakes at Glorious Goodwood provided a welcome pedigree update for Barton Stud resident ROYAL BLOOM. The Royal Applause half sister to Masamah and 3 other winners currently has a beautiful Notnowcato filly at foot. This is her first foal and appears a promising prospect at this stage. She is entered for Tatts Dec Foal Sale.

FAMILY ONE's recent Gr2 win in the 5½f Prix Robert Papin and 2nd in the Gr1 Prix Morny provided another boost for the pedigree of Barton Stud resident MY LOVE THOMAS. The family has been firing in the winners all season, also including Godolphin's Listed Winner LAAJOOJ, an Azamour half brother to MY LOVE THOMAS. MY LOVE THOMAS is a winner by Cadeaux Genereux ex Flanders. Her first foal by Acclamation won his maiden in good style at Thirsk recently. He has reportedly been working well with the impressive Gr2 July Stakes and Royal Ascot winner Frederik Engels so there should be plenty more to come. MY LOVE THOMAS currently has a smart Exceed and Excel colt at foot. He is progressing well and looks an exciting prospect at this stage.

There are currently places available for yearlings to be prepared for all forthcoming UK sales.

We still have plenty of quality grazing available for all horses needing time out at grass or a brief break from training.
